Rico and Larissa Jegen

Larissa and Rico Jegen have been running the Arvenhof in Serneus, which they took over from their parents, as an organic mountain farm since 2016. Since 2002, lamas populate the large free-range stable. About 30 of the spirited, South American woolly animals live on the Arvenhof and accompany interested locals and guests on their forays through the Klosters’ nature. Lama trekking inspires children and adults alike and offers an adventurous hiking alternative. Larissa and Rico provide a lot of interesting information about the lamas and their behaviour, making the hikes very interesting and instructive.

The wool of the lamas is used for making pretty sweaters and hats. The farm shop offers a wide range of lama related products. Duvets, cushions, hand-knitted or fur slippers are produced in meticulous handwork. The meat is also processed and can be purchased in the farm shop.
