Samuel Helbling
Head of business Samuel Helbling and production manager Florian Rudin are the doers at the Klosters Davos Meat Centre and have achieved great things in the two years since the modern slaughterhouse was opened. The Meat Centre functions as a hub for regional meat production. Many farmers have their animals processed in the Meat Centre after slaughter and then sell the portioned fresh meat, sausage specialties, salsiz, raw ham or dried meat directly to their customers both within and outside the region. The company started in 2016 with 2 people. By now, the Meat Centre Klosters Davos AG employs six people and also trains apprentices. Samuel and Florian are innovative minds and are constantly fiddling with new ideas. They pursue their profession enthusiastically, with motivation and experience and are always ready to respond to customer wishes. Moreover, at various events, the two of them show that they are also masters of BBQ. Thus, the meat centre is also available for culinary support on site. Those who would like to take over the grilling themselves can order a fully equipped BBQ station and, of course, appropriate culinary delights from the Meat Centre.
