Mägi Frank
Mägi and Felix Frank live with their family in the historic Walser hamlet of Monbiel. Since 2016, Mägi has been baking the widely known Monbiel bread in her wood-fired oven every Saturday. The trained farmer processes with passion what her large vegetable garden and her forays through nature provide, thus spoiling her family and customers alike. Mägi Frank makes jam, pasta, biscuits and all kinds of preserves in addition to her breads and plaited loaves. During the summer season, a small self-service shop is located at the fountain in Monbiel and delights residents, guests and hikers. During the winter months, fresh baked goods can be picked up on Saturdays upon pre-order (until Friday evening).
